If something's broken, confusing, or just mildly annoying — I want to know. I'm a solo developer, which means there's no support ticket queue. There's just me, reading my email, probably while drinking coffee.
Please include which app you're using, what device you're on, and what happened. Screenshots help enormously. A description of what you expected to happen versus what actually happened is the kind of thing that makes me tear up with gratitude.
Known issues
I'll maintain a list of known issues for each app here once they're live. For now, the most known issue is that the apps aren't finished yet. Working on it.
Feature requests
I genuinely read every suggestion. I can't promise I'll build everything, but I can promise it goes into the pile. The pile is surprisingly well-organized. It has categories and everything.
App-specific support
MorningLock: If your apps aren't unlocking after completing a journal entry, make sure you've met both the time minimum and the 60-word minimum. Voice transcription words count toward the total. If the issue persists, email me with your iOS version and a screenshot of the completion screen.
